24/7 Software have launched their All-New Platform that can help venue operators centralise operations with one completely configurable system.

The system offers an improved user experience, faster performance built on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS), additional real-time communications capabilities on mobile, and upgraded self-designed reporting & analytics.

The All-New Platform includes managing incidents, activities, requests, tasks, text messaging, and work orders, all from one pane of glass.

Customers can use 24/7 Software’s All-New Platform to build as many completely configurable forms as needed, multiple forms per record, and different form types based on record type across the platform.

24/7 Software’s international customers include The O2 Arena in London, Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, and Melbourne & Olympic Parks in Australia. 24/7 Software is also used by other leading organisations, including corporations, convention centres, shopping malls, amusement parks, and airports.
