Controls at Your Fingertips

Overlay and update your facility layout map view. Use drag-and-drop editing tools to map out your seating charts and sections to your Incident Management locations. 

Level Up Your View

Configure the way you want to view your incidents by Event Type, such as concerts or conventions. Choose a single map view or organize your areas of the facility into multiple levels. 

Filtering and Color Coding

Conveniently filter incidents that are shown on the map by Status, Department, or Type. Use color coding to organize these incidents further. Choose to set incidents as icons, which represent the Incident Type or Department.  

Quickly Access Basic Details

Just hover over an incident, and all the basic details will display. Quickly change dispatch status from the map view, rather only from the IMS Dispatch Queue.
