Do I have to purchase anything to receive the Jersey?
No purchase is necessary. Simply book and attend a demo between June 11 and July 19, 2026, and you'll be eligible to receive your free official FIFA country jersey. The demo is a no-obligation conversation, we just want to show you what's possible.
What if the jersey I want isn't available?
We'll do our best to fulfill your first choice. In the event that your selected jersey or size is out of stock, we'll provide an equivalent gift card of up to $150 USD so you can get what you want on your own terms. Jersey offer is valued at up to $150 USD. 24/7 Software reserves the right to determine offer fulfillment method in the event of stock unavailability. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Is this offer available to venues outside of North America?
Yes. This promotion is open to leisure, sports, and entertainment operators worldwide. If you operate a venue or place of attraction, regardless of where you're located, you're eligible to book a demo and claim your jersey during the promotional window.

1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by 24/7 Software (“24/7 Software,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on June 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents worldwide who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, Represent a legitimate leisure, sports, entertainment, venue, stadium, arena, convention center, amusement, hospitality, or facilities operation organization; Complete a qualifying demo booking and attend the scheduled live demo during the Promotion Period. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 24/7 Software and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Qualify: To qualify for the promotional offer, eligible participants must: (1) Submit a valid demo request through an official 24/7 Software campaign form or approved sales channel during the Promotion Period; (2) Attend and complete a live product demonstration with a 24/7 Software representative during the Promotion Period; and (3) Provide accurate contact and shipping information if requested. A “qualifying attendee” is defined as an individual who attends the scheduled demo for a meaningful duration, as determined by 24/7 Software in its sole discretion.
5. Promotional Offer:
Eligible qualifying attendees will receive: One (1) official FIFA World Cup country jersey of their choice, subject to availability, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $150 USD; or If the requested jersey or size is unavailable, a substitute gift card or alternative item of equal or lesser value, determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, with a maximum value of $150 USD. Limit one (1) promotional item per person and per organization/business entity during the Promotion Period. Promotional items are available while supplies last.
6. Fulfillment
Qualified recipients may be contacted following demo attendance to confirm: Jersey preference; Size selection; Shipping information; and Applicable fulfillment details. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for fulfillment and delivery following confirmation of eligibility and inventory availability. 24/7 Software is not responsible for: Lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or misdirected shipments; Customs delays or import duties; Incorrect shipping information provided by participants; or Carrier-related delivery issues. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other governmental charges associated with receiving the promotional item.
7. Restrictions
24/7 Software reserves the right to: Substitute the promotional item with an item or gift card of comparable value; Modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice; Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions; Refuse eligibility where participation conflicts with an employer’s gift, ethics, procurement, or compliance policies. This offer may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly authorized by 24/7 Software. Promotional items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. FIFA Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup 2026. All referenced trademarks, venue names, team names, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Venue References
References to venues including MetLife Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Hard Rock Stadium, Levi's Stadium, AT&T Stadium, and other venue operators are used solely for factual and descriptive purposes.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with the 24/7 Software Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to being contacted by 24/7 Software regarding your demo request, promotional fulfillment, and related business communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless 24/7 Software and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any liability, claim, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or receipt/use of any promotional item.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
