Matthew Dobrosevic is the Vice President of Product, Integrations and Analytics at 24/7 Software, overseeing product strategy and implementation for new products, integrations, and analytics solutions for our customers in the Leisure Sports and Entertainment space. Matthew is responsible for driving innovative, proactive solutions for sports and entertainment operators and venues across the globe.

Gerald Hwasta is the Chairman & CEO of 24/7 Software, leading strategy, and coordinating the product vision, go-to-market activities, and operations of the company. He remains focused on keeping the customer first and driving the growth of the company.
Prior to 24/7 Software, Gerald held executive roles at software and network services companies including ePreop, SoHalo, and The Switch. Previously, he was the founder of Crest Equity Partners, a Silicon Valley private equity firm focused on technology businesses, and a founding team member of the middle-market fund of Silver Lake, the world's leading private investor in technology businesses. In the early years of the internet, Gerald was with Sun Microsystems where he led a business responsible for building network appliances, and with Cobalt Networks, a pioneer designer and developer of Linux server appliances for the hosted internet, where he led Corporate Development.
Gerald graduated summa cum laude with a BS, Computer Information Systems, from Baldwin Wallace University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Gerald is an avid sports fan and remains active outdoors, on the sports fields, and in the ocean with his wife and three sons.

Scott Meyers is Founder and Executive Vice President of 24/7 Software, responsible for growth initiatives into new verticals and forging strategic alliances across the globe. Under Scott’s sales direction, 24/7 Software became the world’s leader in providing communication and reporting software solutions to the sports and entertainment industry with market penetration of over 75% across NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, NASCAR and MLS venues. He places the highest importance on being an excellent listener to determine how 24/7 Software’s products can best enhance a customer’s operations.
Prior to 24/7 Software, Scott founded Cash Register Ads, the nation’s first company to feature national brands on the back of cash register tape. In Scott’s earlier pre-entrepreneur days, he was a Florida CPA specializing in taxation and litigation support. He started his accounting career at the Big 8 firm of Deloitte, Haskins, and Sells.
Scott graduated with a BS and MS of Taxation Degree from the University of Florida. Scott is a sports fanatic and loves to golf and travel with his wife, spend time with his 3 boys, and play with his dog, Alli.
CTO
Karan Zaveri leads 24/7 Software’s distributed global engineering teams, building scalable, reliable infrastructure and easy-to-use applications. Karan is responsible for driving the delivery and development of 24/7 Software platform’s long-term technology vision, as well as driving innovation across the company.
An engineer and entrepreneur from an early age, Karan sold his first software at age 16. He has more than 12 years of experience in developing complex, scalable and distributed web applications. Prior to 24/7 Software, he was the founder of Computing Objectives, a Philadelphia- and India-based services company serving several Fortune 500 clients. Throughout his life as an engineer and entrepreneur, he has worn many hats and has vast knowledge in various facets of business including new business incubation, venture investing and building global, distributed engineering teams.
Karan graduated with a BS, Computer Applications from Nagpur University, India. Karan’s insatiable curiosity sends him down a variety of Wikipedia and tech blog rabbit holes. When not CTO-ing, Karan enjoys exploring the myriad of cuisines available in his hometown of Miami, FL.
VP, Marketing & Sales Operations
Jacob Molz is the Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations for 24/7 Software, leading marketing strategy and execution, and the day-to-day activities of the sales team. He is focused on promoting and delivering the company’s value to potential customers to drive growth.
Prior to joining 24/7 Software in 2013, Jacob held roles in diverse industries, both in construction and finance. Previously, he was the Vice President of Operations for a boutique financial planning and wealth management company focused on high net worth clients and with $30 million in assets under management. Jacob started his career as a Florida Certified Contractor and President of Suntec Development, where he spearheaded sales and marketing for the construction company focused on residential construction projects.
Jacob graduated with a BS, Business Administration, from the University of Central Florida and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Wayne Huizenga’s School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. Jacob is a lover of wine, certified wine expert through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), and always strives to ‘eat like a local’ no matter where he and his wife travel.

Danielle is the Executive Vice President of Product Management of 24/7 Software. She is responsible for leading the Product team and working with the organization to drive innovation, build best-in-class software, and identify growth opportunities for the company's platform.
Prior to 24/7 Software, she was the Chief Product Officer at Entelo, where she led the Product team and developed the product vision and strategy post Entelo's acquisition of her business in 2019. Previously, she was the Founder and CEO of ConveyIQ, a Recruitment Automation platform designed to help organizations communicate and engage with top talent. ConveyIQ was recognized as a Top 10 HR Cloud Solution Provider and was a member of Inc. Magazine's list of fastest-growing companies. ConveyIQ was a software partner of Workday, Oracle, and several other Human Capital Management systems. Prior to founding, ConveyIQ, Danielle was a Private Equity Associate at L Catterton. She began her career in Mergers & Acquisitions in Citi's Investment Banking Division, focused on Energy, where she was a top-ranked Analyst.
Danielle received an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S., summa cum laude, in Applied Economics from Cornell University. In her free time, she studies languages and speaks French and Serbo-Croatian. She and her husband enjoy traveling worldwide and going to their favorite countries: Serbia and Israel.

Christopher Butler is the Vice President of Product Development at 24/7 Software, responsible for leading the effort of continuing to design and develop the world’s greatest operations management software. He is focused on evolving the platform through product feedback and bringing the customers’ software needs to life.
Prior to 24/7 Software, Christopher was employed by the University of Central Florida, controlling the 24/7 Software platform in the command post. From there, Christopher joined 24/7 Software in 2011, helping the company grow and create software that promotes security, increases efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and enhances customer experience.
Christopher graduated with a BS, Business Administration, from the University of Central Florida. Christopher grew up in the country but quickly became a techie once he moved to Florida. When not spending time with his wife and daughter, you’ll find Christopher hanging out at his local Skeet, Trap & Sporting Clays Club, or tinkering with his home automation system.

Justin is the Executive Vice President of Sales at 24/7 Software. He is responsible for leading the global revenue strategy, building high-performing teams, and implementing 24/7 Software’s sales playbook. He is focused on finding new customers to adopt the company’s technology, growing adoption and revenue with customers, and driving sales growth for the company.
Prior to 24/7 Software, Justin was the Vice President of Global Revenue at DigitalEd, where he built and led 5 global revenue teams. He was responsible for sales, marketing, customer experience, and channel partners. Under Justin’s sales leadership, the company went through years of rapid growth that eventually led to a successful M&A activity in 2021. Justin brings over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience, including executive and leadership roles in high-growth SaaS (Software as a Service) companies such as D2L, Igloo Software, and Miovision.
Justin has also lived and worked throughout Europe, North America, and international markets. In 2005, he received an M.B.A from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow, with a specialization in strategic marketing. Justin loves adventuring with his wife, 2 daughters, and dog Lewis. He has a passion for playing ice hockey, as well as golfing, fishing, running, and world travel.
VP, Customer Success
Josh Gross is the Vice President, Customer Success for 24/7 Software, leading the team responsible for Customer Support and Account Management functions. He is focused on developing and executing a strategy that ensures 24/7 Software customers reach their desired outcomes when using our software.
Prior to joining 24/7 Software in 2021, he served as a Vice President at Mood Media focusing on building simplified, automated, and scalable processes for their Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Client Solutions departments. Josh also served as Vice President of Visual Solutions for focus4media. Under Josh’s leadership, focus4media launched and grew their Digital Signage offering, eventually contributing to the company’s acquisition. Throughout Josh’s career, he has focused on working with customers to build products and processes that achieve their goals.
Josh graduated with a BS, Business Administration and Management, from Northwood University and holds a Product Management certificate from Cornell University.
Outside of work, Josh spends his free time watching football, serving in his role as “Horse Show Dad” aiding his daughter’s growing equestrian career, or at one of South Florida’s many restaurants enjoying time with his wife.

Matthew Dobrosevic is the Vice President of Product, Integrations and Analytics at 24/7 Software, overseeing product strategy and implementation for new products, integrations, and analytics solutions for our customers in the Leisure Sports and Entertainment space. Matthew is responsible for driving innovative, proactive solutions for sports and entertainment operators and venues across the globe.
Prior to 24/7 Software, Matthew worked in a variety of industries. He started his career in online poker, working with a group that created the first SAAS poker solution for the online gambling industry. He went on to work with large data aggregators, specializing in product strategy for data analytics, identity and fraud solutions serving a variety of industries from Law Enforcement, Government, and Insurance to Financial Services and Retail.
Matthew has lived in several countries, spending almost a decade in Bulgaria. Matt often takes his work home with him, which isn’t a problem for his wife who is a Data Engineer and Software Architect for a large data aggregation company. Matt has a variety of hobbies that he shares with his young son, Luka. Together they attend Cub Scout campouts, look after 7 animals (including 2 large lizards), and spend tons of time cooking and gardening.

Bina Baid is the Vice President of Finance at 24/7 Software, responsible for Finance & Accounting functions. She is focused on ensuring that Finance continues to be a business partner to all other departments in the organization by helping in getting proper systems and processes in place.
Prior to joining 24/7 Software, Bina has worked in senior finance roles in various technology companies (Xangati, Inc., LeanTaas, and Envizio). Under her leadership, one of the companies (ePreop Inc.) was successfully acquired by a large software company (Provation Medical). She, with her team, ensured a smooth and seamless transition of all finance roles upon acquisition.
Bina Baid is a CPA (US - inactive), Chartered Accountant (India), and a Cost Accountant (India), working in Finance and Accounting in the software world for over 25 years.
